On the shared vision of social justice and educational equity, the Shawn Carter Foundation and Dubin Research & Consulting partnered to launch an intensive 7-week fellowship experience at Dubin Research & Consulting.
The Josh Dubin Fellowship is a rigorous and experiential social justice program designed to provide selected Shawn Carter Foundation scholars with the opportunity to get real-world experience at Dubin Research & Consulting (DRC), one of the finest strategic consulting firms in the nation with a proven track record at assisting attorneys craft litigation strategies that translate into victories at trial.
Fellows each received a $10,000 award which was applied towards tuition, fees, and an internship stipend.
During the fellowship, the students supported the exoneration of Bruce Bryant. They were tasked with devising creative ideas for case strategy, writing petitions to Governor Hochul, spearheading a presentation to the Queens County DA as well as visiting Mr. Bryant at Sing Sing correctional facility.
